Questions
Is there a minimum order?
On Wolt there is: ₪50 per order. If your print job comes to less, add something from the catalog – toilet paper, cookies, batteries – and it's covered. Locker pickup has a ₪20 minimum.
I already ordered on Wolt. Now what?
Enter the Wolt order number and the first name exactly as they appear on the order, and we'll tie it to your files. The pages you paid for are already credited. Lost the number? Message us on WhatsApp.
Do you print on Saturday?
Yes. We print and deliver every day of the week, Saturday included, and at three in the morning too.
Can I come and pick it up myself?
There's no counter and no walk-in. You collect from the Florentin locker with a code you get when the order is done, whenever suits you.
What happens to my files?
They're deleted automatically after seven days, or after 24 hours if you flagged them as sensitive. Nobody reads them.
What do you print?
Documents only: PDF, Word, slide decks, images and screenshots. No shirts, no signs, no business cards.
