What we keep
The files you sent, the phone number you signed in with, and the order itself: page count, colour, binding and amount. That's all.
For how long
Files are deleted automatically seven days after printing. A file marked sensitive is deleted after 24 hours. Order records are kept for bookkeeping.
Who sees them
Only whoever runs the printer here in Tel Aviv, and only in order to print. Files are never handed to a third party or used for anything else.
Wolt
If you choose delivery, Wolt gets the name, address and phone on the order – as with any Wolt order. Wolt never sees the files.
Messages
Your sign-in code is sent over WhatsApp or SMS through a messaging provider. We don't send marketing.
Early deletion
Want it gone now? Message us on WhatsApp with the order number and we'll delete it the same day.
